CLNH hosts two conferences each year.
The Spring Conference will typically be held in May, and focuses on issues facing children’s librarians, and is always an excellent source of new ideas. The CLNH Children’s Librarian of the Year Award is presented at the Spring Conference, as well as the announcement of the Great Stone Face Award winner and the new nominees for the following year.
The Fall Conference is usually held on the 3rd Thursday in October. This conference features the Kids, Books, and the Arts roster showcase. Additional programs relating to summer reading, book talks, or other areas of interest may also be included in the schedule
